I'm confident it's a female Amaurobius, but is it similis or fenestralis? I've looked in the Roberts Collins guide (p78-9), but I couldn't interpret his description of the A. similis epigyne ("easily distinguished by dark sloping marks anteriorly") or the line drawings. Does this hairy epigyne photo help? (using £5 60X 'microscope' hand-held against smartphone camera, sorry!)
