Hi, probably Latrodectus hesperus, a Western Black Widow. Not what you wanted to hear. The best solution for humans and the spider is to catch it with a cup and cardboard and bring it to the wilderness. They already live there, hiding from people. If you or anyone accidentally gets bitten in the meantime, hospitals have an anti-venom for Widow bites.
