Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This is an Orb-weaver, closest match I can come up with comparing the banding on the legs to common species in the area is Araneus gemma … they typically have a white line going down the center of the abdomen. So this might be A. gemma but the white stripe faded away or it’s something else in the genus.
