Not sure what kind of spider it looks like a Agelena labyrinthica or Labyrinth Spider to me. However I live in North Carolina not and found this guy/girl sitting in my cupboard in my kitchen not in web, has since made web in container I placed it in.

Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This is a Funnel Weaver/Grass Spider (Agelenidae), the same family as Agelena. I think yours may instead be in the genus Barronopsis, compare to Barronopsis texana:

I’m fairly certain I found one today (11/17/2020) in NC. I’d post a pic but I’m not sure how to do that.
