Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 I’m not certain what this is but it looks similar enough to a Tube Web Spider (Segestridae), I see a bunch of species in the genus Ariadna listed for South Africa but I’m not sure any of them have representative images available online for me to compare to.
