Yeah, I would say the same thing, but the lack of red lines is annoying me a bit. I have read somewhere that they sometimes don’t have it, but I’ve see them with!
Yeah I believe you. As I was perusing images looking for your Bertrana I was aware of that, too, but some variation is expected and I couldn’t find anything closer. Also, if you macro your image you can see very alight striations, perhaps the beginning of those stripes. Maybe this is a juvenile?
Hhmm.. I’ve maybe read somthing once about these variation. Yes I can see that too! It was an adult female, the epigyne were visible. I have to search more about variations in this genus!
