It looks like a Steatoda Albomaculata (white spotted false widow), but I am not sure. Hopefully someone with a better knowledge can confirm.

I believe you’re correct!
The web can help us tell if it is a false widow or an orbweaver, such as Neoscona oaxacensis. The orbweaver web is what the spiderweb emoji is based on. False widows make cobwebs AKA/tanglewebs. Those webs are stringy, dirty, dusty, random clumps. The photo doesn’t look quite like either top candidate species, but living things are variable. The webs are a useful clue. It’s an attractive spider, whatever it is.
