Hi, spider identifications work better with a photo of the topside (dorsal) than the underside (ventral). But, you got a really nice clear photo of the ventral surface. This is probably a female Hentz Orbweaver, Neoscona crucifera. Her orb web is rather erratic, maybe it was windy while she was making it or she’s sick or something. Orbweavers are usually more careful about the design precision.
