Hi, this is an Orbweaver kind of spider. If she bothers you it is okay to scoop her up and bring her somewhere else to look for insects. Bring her web, it doesn’t have to be intact. It might have her pheromones on it luring male spiders. She is not dangerous. She might bite if you hold her tightly in your bare hand. They only bite when they are afraid or the body feels pressure
