Gasteracantha cancriformis with prey she had just caught at that moment. Spiny-backed orbweavers are literally every couple of feet here on the Palmetto Trail. We would take one step, take photo, duck under web, repeat. Almost all of their webs were about 5 feet, 2 inches off of the ground. I personally didn't need to duck, but Taller Companion was getting irritable about webs in the face.
