Comments & ID Thoughts

Sorry about the photo quality, it was hard to get this little one to hold still! Found it patrolling a park bench. It wouldn't stop following me around, looking up at me, and kept trying to jump on me. It was very entertaining! Definitely some kind of jumping spider. My best guess is a Plexippus paykulli, a.k.a. the pantropical jumping spider. The white stripes aren't quite right though. Plus it has huge, black front legs. It was only about a centimeter big. Any ideas? This has been on my mind for weeks!
