- Spider: Schizocosa mccooki
- Location: Lucerne/Nice, California , California, United States
- Spotted Outdoors: Man-made structure (building wall, fences, etc.)
- Found in web?: No
- Attributes: Dorsal
The spider is over 2 inches long.(Full spread would be about the size of a silver dollar).
Seen at approximately 1:30am and a temp. of 68 degrees. Approximately 200ft from the bank of Clear Lake in California.
Looks like a wolf spider, not poisonous.
Looks like Schizocosa mccooki. (It’s more common than maxima.)
