I think this is a Cesonia Bilineata by my best beginner guess. Though I could see it being a Rabid Wolf spider or some other type as a few look similar. This was LARGE compared to other spiders I see in Eastern Virginia. I would almost say with legs spread out completely this was the size of a small palm.

On a second glance and further research, I feel like this is a Rabid Wolf Spider given the darkened ends to the legs and the shape of its abdomen.
