I'm guessing this is a normal house spider , it's very , very fast but I'm not sure.

It’s a Jumping Spider, possibly in genus Cosmophasis. I don’t know if Jumping Spiders are common in houses in Trinidad and Tobago. These are spiders that hunt by jumping at prey instead of using a web. They have excellent vision. This one is really pretty.
