This was on my counter under a towel and is only big as a pea not sure if it's a baby or not and did not see a web

It actually looks very similar to a male woodlouse spider. It also may be the broad faced sac spider. Those aren’t as large fangled as the woodlouse spider.
Thanks TerriB! I think Woodlouse Hunting Spider, Dysdera crocata, is correct. The Broad-faced Sac Spider has, I think, 2 horizontal rows of 4 eyes across the face. The reflections on this spider doesn’t look like it has eyes like that. He does have the big D. crocata fangs too
