Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 Interesting spider, I’m sorry I don’t recognize it. Hopefully someone else will. Nice blue iridescence near the base of the legs.

Not sure, found it underneath a plastic barrel could not get a good view of the web. Mother wanted to kill it so I saved it and let it out near a field by my house.
