This may be Scytodes thoracica. It is a Spitting Spider. They spit liquid silk onto prey instead of using webs. There are 173 species in genus Scytodes, but according to the World Spider Catalog only a few are in Japan. This is the closest match that I could find. The site isn’t programmed to accept multiple images in the same post. You did the best alternative option.
