Not sure what this spider is found it near toy box outside where kids play

Its outside under table where toy box is blocking my three girls from playing . I just want to make sure how to rid of spider and if its poisonous. Please help identify this spider and caution I should TAKE
Hi, she’s Araneus diadematus. a Cross Orbweaver. They are not dangerous. A child might get a slightly painful bite if one were too handle the spider too roughly.
