Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 The best match I see for this is a Hairy Golden Orb-weaver, Nephila fenestrata. There is also a more specific subspecies of N. fenestrata it may be but I don’t know what the distinguishing characteristic would be. Most of the examples I see of this species show the leg tufts as darker so tentatively filed to species. There is one towards bottom of this page with the lighter tufts IDed as N. fenestrata:
