Hello Worcester from Nashua, NH! That’s a Nursery Web Spider, Pisaurina mira. It’s in the same family, Pisauridae, as Fishing Spiders. They both climb walls very well. It has its head downward because it is scanning for prey. They are nocturnal ambush hunters. They have eyes that amplify the available light for nighttime hunting. That’s why the eyes are glowing (eyeshine) from the camera flash. They aren’t dangerous and don’t move often. They eat grasshoppers, which might be good news if you have too many too.
What is this, I know it’s a spider lol.. just curious what kind
