They are non aggressive. The bite of this species does not pose a threat to humans or pets, and it is generally reluctant to bite, preferring to escape. Believe me most spiders are more scared of us than we should be of them. If you find them in the house it’s most likely a Male trying to find a mate 🙂

Looks like a domestic house spider, it is a member of the funnel-web family Agelenidae.
