He was found eating a bee and his web was made in a farm. It’s my first time seeing spider like this and i need some informations asap thanks.

She might be Argiope bruennichi, a Wasp Spider or Argiope trifasciata, a Banded Garden Spider. Either way she is an Orbweaver. They make the big webs with circles in them. The webs look like the spiderweb emoji. I don’t see many spiders where I live either, it is too cold here for many spiders and insects. Your spider is not dangerous to people or pets or farm animals.
