Thank you very much. My cat was the one who found it and was playing with it, should I worry about him? Also, how dangerous are they?
They’re not anything to worry about. Like most spiders they have venom but are not considered to be of medical significance, everyone’s immune system is different though. They’re unlikely to bite except in self defense and they’re not a species that wants to be indoors. If you see more you can keep them out by sealing cracks around floors, doors, windows, foundation etc. Or maybe your cat will just catch them all. 🙂
