I have an assumption that this is Uroctea durandi, they were found in the living room running across the floor in a barely lit environment and I'm glad I saw them. They got safely escorted outside after I had caught them in a glass and taken a pic. The encounter was at 23:40 (11:40 PM) during a hot summer night

I think you identified it correctly. Nice find! I just read about their web hunting technique. I hope I have this right. It’s really interesting, a reverse funnel web of sorts. The web is like an inverted tent shape with several holes at the bottom. Each hole has a silk thread dangling below and running above. The spider can keep its feet on the trigger threads to feel them like funnel web spiders do. When an insect walks under the web it might touch a thread.
