I will eventually get a better picture of this spider out because I know where it lives but for now, here it is. Maybe some type of garden spider?

Yes, probably in genus Neoscona.
I will have a better picture of this spider by today.
So an Orb Weaving Spider? Which one could it be? Most of them live in the southeastern USA, and I live in Wisconsin.
The Hentz Orb Weaver, perhaps?
