Based on coloration and location, Latrodectus certainly, likely a male Latrodectus Hesperus or Black Widow

This is a (nearly adult) female Latrodectus hesperus, aka Western black widow. I keep this species personally and breed them every spring. For reference, this is a picture of a sub-adult female L. hesperus:
