Discovered on our pool cage. Very strong spider web and spider even dunked under the water and was still fine. We have seen these pretty often and would like to know the species and if poisonous

Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 I agree with the above suggested ID. Like most spiders these have venom but are unlikely to bite except in self defense and are not considered to be of medical concern. They’re beneficial and help keep the insect population in check.
