Hi, welcome to Spider ID … this is a Giant House Spider (Eratigena sp.). (Three species that were synonymized as Eratigena atrica were recently split back into 3 species after DNA testing, I still need to re-familiarize myself on which this is now). I hope you have a quick and uneventful recovery.
