This is an orbweaver. Probably a young female.
It’s an orb weaver. I had a very mature one outside of my bathroom window for the longest. She just chilled in the middle of her web all day waiting for food to come along and get stuck so she could wrap it up and eat. She definitely stayed full!! I’d stare and watch her eat sometimes. Even tho her humungous body and bright color made me quiver.
