Yeah that’s a Wasp Spider alright.
It’s genus Agriope anyway
It’s a Wasp Spider. Argiope bruennichi. They are common in Europe and have wavier lines on the abdomen. The distal ends of their legs curl inward more than Argiope trifasciata.
