Not sure what type of spider this is. Found this outside by our ac unit, in the early evening. This is close to our chimney which, unfortunately or fortunately, hosts a hiding place for bats. There is a web on the other side of our chimney that is very large and a perfect triangle (and is collecting several items in it). Just didn't know if this spider is ok or not.
