No you shouldn’t kill her! She’s a Cross Orbweaver. Araneus diadematus. That isn’t “cross” as in to be angry. I have one in my yard that I visit every night. Her venom is not medically dangerous. They rarely bite. They don’t seek conflict, they will try to escape. I think yesterday mine ate a wasp that parasitizes and kills spiders. Turnabout is fair play!
