Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This is a Harvestman (Opiliones), they are arachnids but are not Spiders (Araneae). They lack venom and silk glands.

Thank you and thank you for your help 🙂 It did seam an innocuous arachnid, glad it really is because It lounged all day in my children’s play area!
