A bunch of these were found near a potted tomato plant by my deck. They were small, assumed babies, and in number around 8 to 12 visible

Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 These are not spiders. They’re Leaf-footed Bug nymphs, looks like Leptoglossus phyllopus. The antennae look like legs.
