I have no idea what this spider is. I think I found it in the process of building a web from my monitor to my desk chair. It had one long string and globs of silk on it which it gobbled up once I disturbed it.
It had a mostly bright white back, and a bright golden belly. It was fairly small. Maybe a 1/4 inch or so.
