Looks like a cellar spider?
They do, but Long-jawed orbweavers are usually bigger and shinier. The chelacerae are freaky if you get a close look, they are long and shaped in weird angles. If you want to find some they are usually on the banks of slow-flowing or still freshwater bodies.
