Comments & ID Thoughts
I found this spider in the bathroom. It was approximately a centimeter in length and light brown. It was CRAZY fast which leads me to believe that it is the Common House Spider.

Actually now that I look at it, it could be a Woodlouse Hunter.
Correction, maybe Sac Spider of some sort?
Yes, Cheiracanthum mildei. They actually are a kind of house spider though they aren’t called that.
It was so fast!
They are effective hunters though tiny. They drop down on their silk really quickly too. A Thin-legged Wolf Spider (Pardosa spp.) was one of the speediest spiders I’ve seen.
