I saw a report today in the News about a spider in Jacksonville FLa a South Riverside home.It looks to be the same Spider i saw in my moms house in Jacksonville FLa 6953 Nelms st.On the North East side of town.Is it Venomous?

Hi,and welcome to the site. Your little friend is a male huntsman spider, Heteropoda venatoria species.
These can get a fair size, but will pose no threat to you. ( one in my room, I named Zeus.)
It takes a lot to provoke bites from these, mishandled, they can bite, may compareto a bee sting.
