Shamrock Orb- weaver This is a better picture of the spider. Since the picture was so difficult to obtain, I can not be sure if it is what I think or if it is male or female.

She’s a gorgeous Marbled Orbweaver, Araneus marmoreus. Her abdomen shape indicates that she’s female. You guessed the correct genus, Araneus. Shamrock Orbweavers have particular white markings on the dorsal surface of the abdomen and two- colored legs. Your spider has legs that are red and white near the body that switch to black and white bands toward the feet. I love her fiery colors!
