Hi, and welcome to the site. Your spider is a male wolf spider, family Lycosidae, Hogna genus.
The carapace markings and heart mark suggest Hogna carolinensis (Carolina wolf spider)
but would need to see the bottom (venter) for more confidence.
They are not dangerous and more an outdoor spider.
