Dolomedes scriptus. Striped Fishing Spider. It was on a vertical granite block retaining wall that's on the edge of a wide brook. There are spaces between the blocks and clumps of moss on the wall. It was only about five feet, horizontally, from a Dolomedes vittatus.

Thank you for working on my photos! This spider was only a few feet from a bridge and a steel alloy culvert. I didn’t expect to find a Bridge Orbweaver though.
