Saw this spider at my apartment window, it was building its web thing, it has black and white body, with striped legs looking almost transparent/brown

I would love to know what species it is… also, if it’s male or female, or if it’s any venomous… I’m eager to read comments about it
I believe this is a Silver Garden Spider, Argiope argentata. I assume it’s a female but I’ve never actually seen a male Argiope before so I wouldn’t know what to look for. It is venomous, but not dangerously so. The truth is virtually all spiders are venomous to some degree; what matters is the potency of the venom and how much of it is injected. Thanks! Yeah I compared it with some other pictures online, and now I took a picture of the spider resting in its web and the stance she took, plus similar colors made me almost sure that you’re right about it being an Argiope Argentata
This was quite an interesting day to learn about this spider
