Comments & ID Thoughts
Found on the side of my house. Needless to say I live on 8 acres surrounded by trees so its expected to see spiders but this one was very large.

Looks like there might be an egg sack on it’s back it’s really bumpy.Any ideas? Appears to be missing a few legs as well.
Sorry, I can’t tell from the photo. Fishing Spiders and Wolf Spiders carry egg sacs under their bodies. Wolf spiders carry the hatched babies on their bodies. This doesn’t look like a Wolf Spider. It looks like a Harvestman. They are in a different group of arachnids than spiders are. They only have one main body segment, instead of two. The size varies. We need clearer, closer photos to work with.
I do appreciate your thoughts. Thank you very much!!
