Hi, best guess at this time is Ctenidae. There are species in Ctenus with the same sort abdominal pattern, similar carapace pattern and legs with the white bands but I haven’t managed to track it down yet so tentative ID only. Awesome spider, hopefully we’ll eventually get a firm ID for it.
That could be the Striped Fishing spider, or it could be another type of fishing spider
It almost looks like a brown huntsman spider…

I thought all Ctenids were Mygalomorphae, this certainly is not.
Guess I was wrong.
Strong banding of the legs, I found viridasius fasciatus, or something close.
Seems these are endemic to Madagascar.
