Can someone help me identify this I was walking on the dog path it has already snowed here a foot and a half now it’s all melted again but there isn’t trees or anything really nearby it’s very windy
This is a False Widow in genus Steatoda. It isn’t dangerous to people. They are usually in dark enclosed places. This one may have been under the snow and is now exposed and has to find a new spot to live.
