Upside-down in web, about a centimeter in length. Brown with markings. Web appears “simple,” no visible “nest.”

Found near floor by bathtub. Caught mostly fruit flies.

Edit: this spider just caught and killed a much larger spider in its web (same web as in the pic above) and I’m shook.
