I have never seen a spider like this. I'm in Central California. It was kicking it, out during the daylight. What is this thing... Thanks in advance =)

Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 What I can make out looks like a Crevice Weaver (Kukulcania), Maybe her web got wrecked and she’s out looking for a good place to make a new one. There are several similar species in the genus out west.
