Hi! I just found this spider in my house in Stevenson, Washington. It looks like a Giant House Spider or a Hobo Spider to me (given I know nothing of arachnids, I just searched online.) I thought it would be best to ask some opinions from a community such as yourselves that have experience and know what to look for. Thoughts on what this spider is?
