Looks like a daddy long leg? But the coloring seems different than I'm used to and he was rather big. There were a few of them in a generally dark enclosed area just sitting there.

On further research, I’m going to say it’s a cellar spider. Family Pholcidae
Yes, possibly a Marbled Cellar Spider. They do mostly just sit or hang in a spot unless something happens around them. If they don’t move at all, they may have died from a parasitic fungus that glues their body in-place, like a taxidermy spider. Life can be nasty to any living thing.
