I have these spiders in my house, mostly in the bathroom. I will usually just leave them alone. They do not appear to be aggressive. They will run and hide when bothered. Their webs are in corners of walls or cabinets. I try to catch them and put outside.
Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This is a Long-bodied Cellar Spider (Pholcus sp.). As long as they keep their cobwebs somewhere out of sight these earn their keep around the house as they prey on less desirable things, things that are surprisingly bigger than them including other spiders. They are timid and unlikely to bite, if a bite were to occur it would likely be a non-event (little to no reaction, everyone’s immune system is different though!).
